Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Cost:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.90 for orders under $40.
  • Free shipping for all orders $40 and up.
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Carrier: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) for our shipping services. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times; actual delivery times may vary based on location and other factors.

Free Shipping: Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information on the USPS or UPS website.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
